An AWWW Session… Simply Adorable

When you’ve had the honor of photographing a family

since the children were just little babies…

It really is something special documenting their growth!

Photographs are so much more than something pretty to put on your walls…

They are the memories, PAUSED, a glimpse, a moment, frozen in time.

And personally, nothing brings a bigger smile to my face

then when I’m looking through those old photographs.

What a blessing it is being a photographer,

and those that share their appreciation for what we do.

The White Barn Session

What a beautiful family of 3…

and I was SUPER excited when she asked if we could have their session

at this awesome white barn I’ve passed several times.

I love the simplicity of the location that is the perfect backdrop

for fun loving, easy going spirits :0)

I had the honor of photographing a wedding for this family just a couple years back…

and so it was wonderful to seem them all together again for a more intimate, family session

at the Fabyan Forest Preserve in Geneva, IL.

Purchased as a GIFT for Mom at Christmas,

I’m thinking she’ll definitely enjoy these gifts for years to come :0)

A Family Reunion

While it may have taken a little bit for the young ones to get warmed up…

it’s always a reward watching tears turn into smiles over the silliest of things!

The older children couldn’t stop cracking up when the little guy kept crawling out of there.
